Privacy Policy

on the processing of personal data in the Prezentum service

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what data the Prezentum service (the "Service", "we", "us", "our") processes, for what purposes, on what legal bases, and what rights you have. The Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the processing of your data on the terms set out herein.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Prezentum service provides tools for creating presentations and other documents using artificial intelligence technologies, through the Telegram bot @PrezentumBot, the associated mini-application and the web version.

1.2. Use of the Service does not require completing any formal registration, providing identity documents, or undergoing verification procedures. We process only the data necessary to provide the Service, as described in this Policy.

1.3. For all matters relating to data processing, you may contact us at the email address: founder@prezentum.com.

2. What Data We Process

2.1. Telegram profile data. When you use the Telegram bot or the mini-application, we receive from Telegram your user identifier, name, username, profile photo, interface language and Telegram Premium status. This data is transmitted as part of the signed Telegram authorisation data (initData).

2.2. Sign-in identifiers in the web version. If you use the web version of the Service, an email address and/or a Google account may be used to sign in. A password (if used) is stored solely as a cryptographic hash (Argon2id) and is not known to us in plain text.

2.3. Content you create. Topics, the texts of Generation requests, uploaded materials and the results of Generations (the presentations and documents created) are processed and stored in order to provide you with the Service.

2.4. Usage data. The number and history of Generations, the time of last activity and last Generation, subscription status and related service flags.

2.5. Technical and anti-fraud data. IP address, device model and type, country derived from the IP address, and first-login data. This data is used to ensure security and to prevent abuse and multi-accounting.

2.6. Payment information. Payments themselves are processed by the Payment Operator (@tribute); we do not receive or store your bank card details. From the Payment Operator we may receive limited information about a payment, including the email address provided at checkout and the transaction amount.

2.7. Support communications. The content of your requests and correspondence with our support team.

2.8. Referral data. If you take part in the referral programme, we process the referral code, the links between the inviting and invited users, and related statistics.

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. We process data for the following purposes:

4. Legal Bases for Processing

4.1. Data is processed on the following bases: performance of the agreement with you (the Terms of Service); our legitimate interest in ensuring security and developing the Service; your consent, expressed through your use of the Service; and compliance with the requirements of applicable law.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

5.1. Artificial-intelligence technology providers. To perform Generations, the content of your requests (including the topic and accompanying materials) is transmitted to third-party providers of artificial-intelligence models that process the request and produce the result. Please do not include in your requests any confidential information that you would not wish to share with such providers.

5.2. Payment Operator. Data necessary to carry out settlements is processed by the Payment Operator (@tribute) under its own policies.

5.3. Infrastructure providers. Hosting, data storage and content delivery providers that ensure the technical operation of the Service.

5.4. Telegram. When you use the Telegram bot and mini-application, processing is also carried out in accordance with Telegram's policy.

5.5. As required by law. We may disclose data where necessary to comply with the requirements of applicable law, to respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, or to protect our rights.

5.6. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International Data Transfers

6.1. As the Service and the providers it engages may be located in different countries, your data may be processed and stored outside your country of residence. We take reasonable measures to ensure an appropriate level of data protection for such transfers.

7. Data Retention

7.1. We retain data for the period during which you use the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter — to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, the resolution of possible disputes, compliance with the requirements of applicable law and the assurance of security.

7.2. Once retention is no longer necessary, the data is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with Section 8.

8. Your Rights

8.1. In relation to your personal data, you have the right to: request access to it and information about its processing; request its rectification (correction); request its deletion; request restriction of, or object to, its processing; request portability of the data in a structured format; and withdraw consent previously given.

8.2. To exercise your rights, send a request to founder@prezentum.com. We will consider the request within a reasonable time and may request additional information to verify your identity and prevent unauthorised access.

8.3. Please note that deletion of part of the data may make further use of the Service or certain of its features impossible.

9. Security

9.1. We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. In particular, web sign-in passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash, and bank card payment details are not stored by us.

9.2. Despite the measures taken, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

10.1. The web version of the Service uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies (including session and refresh tokens) that are necessary for the operation of sign-in and for maintaining the session. Where the website displays a cookie-settings banner, you may manage your preferences for non-essential technologies there. Disabling essential technologies may impair the operation of the Service.

11. Minors

11.1. The Service is not intended for persons below the age required by the laws applicable to them to independently use services of this kind. We do not knowingly collect the data of such persons; if such data is discovered, we will take steps to delete it.

12. Changes to the Policy

12.1. We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at the Policy's location; the date of the last update is indicated below. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Policy.
